Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the digital and custom nature of our products and services, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds for subscription-based services may be issued within 7 days of the initial purchase, provided that the service has not been significantly utilized (for example, less than 10% of features or allocated resources have been used).

Refunds are not available for custom design or development work once project milestones have been approved, as these deliverables are created specifically for each client and cannot be repurposed.

2. Refund Exceptions

In certain exceptional cases, we may consider refunds beyond the standard conditions outlined above, including but not limited to:

a. Technical Issues

If a verified technical issue originating from our systems causes significant disruption—such as the inability to access or use the core functionality of the subscription or delivered product for more than 48 consecutive hours—a partial or full refund may be granted at our discretion. To be eligible, you must provide supporting documentation, including error details, logs, or screenshots.

b. Non-Delivery of Services

If we fail to deliver an agreed-upon custom design or development milestone within the confirmed timeline due solely to factors within our control (and not due to client delays, revision cycles, or external dependencies), you may be eligible for a refund of payments made for the undelivered portion of the project.

c. Erroneous Billing

In the event of billing errors—such as duplicate charges or charges for unrequested services—a full refund will be issued upon verification.

d. Legal or Regulatory Compliance

If applicable consumer protection laws or regulations require a refund, we will comply with those legal obligations once supporting documentation of the regulation and its relevance is provided.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, contact us at info@aigumind.com within 30 days of the issue or original purchase date. Include the following details:

  • Order number or transaction ID
  • Description of the issue
  • Relevant documentation or evidence

Refund requests are reviewed within 5–7 business days, and you will be notified of the outcome. If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after the 7-day subscription period or post-approval of project milestones.
  • Substantial usage of subscription features or services.
  • Delays, errors, or project interruptions caused by client-side factors, such as lack of feedback, missing assets, or incomplete approvals.
  • Fees, costs, or disruptions related to third-party integrations or services not managed directly by Aigu Mind.

5. Policy Enforcement

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined above or are deemed unreasonable or abusive.
